      Avantages

      Strong point is that it is not very Japanese company. For example, easy to talk to seniors, my opinions and so on. If you have something to accomplish , you would have chances.

      Inconvénients

      Since there is very few employee benefit programs, the total salary including the benefits would be less than other listed Japanese company after 30 years old.

      Avantages

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Inconvénients

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
