Ridiculous performance review period. It was said to be once every 6 months but in fact, if you are in the Japanese team / group, every 3 months they want to review your performance verbally, and every week, they will set the 1on1 meeting with manager to spend a bit time in checking the goal performance. In the end, performance is not objective but subjective to the manager
