      Lots of foreigners in the group, if you luckily belonged to an international team, then the life here would be great

      Inconvénients

      Still lots of redundant Japanese style office culture especially when you belongs to a Japanese team

      Avantages

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Inconvénients

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
