Avantages
I enjoyed my career there because of the people. The last few years were a challenge with layoffs and overall uncertainty due to heavy focus on the retail sector which impacted performance. The department I reported into was highly organized and transparent. This varies from group to group. There was many opportunities for professional learning and development.
