Pretty soul-sucking and the owner is a snake - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Rag-O-Rama

The management thinks they literally own you. They think you should be available at all times and that if you get sick or have something major happening in your life you should care more about grabbing dressing rooms for people than your own health. But I guess that’s retail. I just find the culture particularly bad at rag because they gaslight you about it so hard. They also watch the cameras like hawks and will get mad at you even if you’re doing nothing wrong (one of my coworkers got in trouble for laughing too hard even though it had no effect on the efficiency of our work).
