Avantages
The best things about working at Rafn are that it's a supportive work place that will support your professional growth that is in alignment with the organization. It's a friendly community culture vibe with meaningful mission and values shared by all. It is bigger and less invasive than a "we are all family" atmosphere, yet people know and genuinely care about each other. Turnover is slight, mainly due to retirement. Another plus, is there is little-to-no micro management, just the understanding and expectation that you will bring your best each day, as will everyone else.
Inconvénients
The downside to little turnover, is doing things the same way for 40 years with little change to current business model and business recipe, therefore missing opportunities for new voices, new ways, and new thinking.
