-The main reason I say "something seems off" is because no company should have such a massive rate of employee turn over. For a company that has been in business for more than 20 years, there should be more than a handful of employees that have been there longer than 1.
-Upper management seems extremely distrustful of all employees, which creates a very cold atmosphere in the office. No one seems to like each other at this company other than the "veteran" employees but even then "like" isn't the right word, its more like tolerate. Most of the staff eats lunch in their car to avoid each other. If you take a little too long closing out programs on your computer at the end of the day, the lights will literally get turned off on you.
-You're given unattainable goals. Many past employees mention the lack of training. I think that can be said for most companies but Radius Point is definitely one of those companies. Their high employee turn over rate leads to a lot of work left undone and many new hires find themselves given half finished assignments with weeks to finish what took someone else months to accomplish. The time for training simply does not exist and the "classes" you're sent to aren't much more than teaching you terms. Your practical training is left up to you to piece together.
-Leadership is disorganized and no one is on the same page. On most days its seems like everyone is making it up as they go.
-The job itself isn't a difficult one, the atmosphere is oppressive and takes its toll on all the staff. It shows.
