The ability to go to work right out of school with minimal to no experience is the biggest plus. The staff and management are amazing and always there when you need them. There are many locations if you choose/need to transfer.

The only cons would be ones that you create for yourself. If you show up and do the work you will be rewarded as it should be at any place of employment.

Issues are often left unresolved, and employees are expected to manage situations without proper guidance or direction. This creates a stressful and disorganized work environment where responsibilities can feel unclear and accountability is lacking. Training and onboarding are also limited, which makes it difficult for new employees to feel confident in their role. Advice to Future Employees: Be prepared to be highly self-sufficient. If you need structure, consistent guidance, or strong leadership, this may not be the right environment.
