Poor & lazy sales team - the sales don’t bother to go in the field, don’t visit the customer and are always looking to convert upselling opportunities to new opportunities. Management changes frequently, in my last 4.5 years, 2 CEO & 3 CFO changed. There are changes in middle management as well which slows the overall speed of the organisation. On top of it, every leader comes with a new vision. Implement team is a mess in the organisation. They have broken processes, poor documentation, no handover process.
