- Lack of clear direction and defined expectations from management; limited tools and support provided to help employees succeed. - Workplace concerns were not always addressed promptly, including reports of unprofessional or inappropriate behavior between employees. - Inconsistent application of company policies and guidelines outlined in the employee handbook. - Leadership frequently discussed potential changes, but follow-through was often limited. - Perception of favoritism within management decisions at times. - Communication around employee performance expectations and feedback was inconsistent. - Formal performance reviews were not conducted regularly during my time there. - Compensation was below market compared to similar roles. - Limited opportunities for advancement or career growth within the organization.

I don’t know if there is any pros to the job. I mean manufacturing helmets is pretty decent and different but the more time you spend there that starts to change too.

Management is shocking. Forget you have a life outside of this company. Management keep saying they a professional company but you will not be treated with any respect, in fact you will be abused verbally and mentally. It’s an absolute disgrace.
