Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Management generally cared about employees and there was a good working relationship. Co-worker comaraderie was generally excellent and they looked out for each other.
Inconvénients
Going to far outside of the "that's how it's always been done" or "that's how everyone else does it," right or wrong results in serious pushback. Serious suggestions for improvement get blocked because of fear of change.
