      Avantages

      This company is pretty old. It has been there for decades. That is the only thing I liked about it.

      Inconvénients

      The adamant attitude and arrogant nature of the management is a huge problem. They don't want to change the way they do things or listen to reason. Often, they made decisions that led to unwanted chaos. They make an employee feel stressed all the time by micromanaging them. You won't even get 5 minutes without someone interfering in your work. It was an awful leadership style!

      Avantages

      If you want to move up or if you show interest in anything, they will allow you to try new things. The Group of people that you work with are funny hard workers.

      Inconvénients

      sometimes there is drama which can be annoying. occasionally some micromanaging takes place.

      Stable company, great people to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is average. Hard to advance unless you are friends with the right people.
