      Avantages

      1. Colleagues and senior people are so supportive and helpful.

      Inconvénients

      1. Minimal career growth. 2. You are expected to work in a technology different from what you actually hired for. 3. The terms like Supportive management, Employee friendly organisation etc., are only in the papers rather than in actual work culture. 4. No work life balance. 5. Eventhough issues and concerns are listened, not sorted in a proper way.

      Avantages

      Lots of interesting work and projects that come in regularly. The leadership is really transparent and communicative. The salary is really good for the market and they really let you make your role your own based on your interests.

      Inconvénients

      At times the workload can be a lot and you will have lots of priorities to try to balance. I think this was due to the nature of consulting. Post acquisition I think it lost some of the nice workplace flexibility that a start up can offer but overall still very flexible.
