Perspective commerciale
Avantages
The environment is multicultural, and chilled, with a lot of small but nice-to-have benefits, like the modern offices. The best pro is the real flexible hours, no one ever asked me at what time I did work (sometimes even if I did), while you are present in the meetings you scheduled, the rest of the time is up to you.
Inconvénients
The salary is the biggest cons. Secondly, since the merger of the three big companies (RWS, Moravia, and SDL) the high management has been cutting off the budget in a lot of stuff and everything seems to become worse. They are about to have 2 years of releases.
