Avantages

Good benefits (private medical insurance, benefits, holiday) Lovely team members and office Innovation and feedback encouraged Homeworking and hybrid approaches very flexible Holiday and out of office time respected in the Sheffield office No day is the same and there's lots to learn

Inconvénients

Poor pay and pay is uneven between team members and not transparent Poor opportunities for progression and promotion - this has been raised and the CEO is unsympathetic Culture of blame surrounding mistakes High turnover as they don't hire enough people to do the job - lots of very competent employees are leaving for better opportunities Obsession with numbers, KPIs and costs instead of addressing core issues` Lots of duplicate and convoluted systems and processes Most TACs do lots of unpaid overtime

Avantages

Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

Inconvénients

The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.

Avantages

Decent paying side job, flexible hours

Inconvénients

Absolute nightmare to get paid. You WILL have to complain in order to get paid, and you will most likely have to complain more than once in order to get the answer you need. I still haven't been paid for work done months ago! Everyone that reads this with a similar issue needs to do what I did and bring it to the attention of the state labor boards.
