      Avantages

      Overtime is available for me which is nice since it's almost a requirement.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours. Rarely get moments where z I can take a breather because there is always more to do. Low pay for the amount of stress.

      Avantages

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Inconvénients

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
