      Hybrid work set-up, loved my direct team

      Inconvénients

      Not structured well, chaotic as company grew so fast. Limited development opportunities at least for my team. Didn't feel integrated in the larger culture of the company.

      Avantages

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Inconvénients

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
