      Avantages

      The pay was good. Decent benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Hostile work environment. Owner is an anti-social bully. Very high employee turnover rate because he screams and cusses at the least issue. Low quality builder. Sales team is encouraged to be hostile towards clients when they disagree with how their homes are being built. Employees are frightened of the owner and will turn on each other to stay in his good graces. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

      Avantages

      Working with RVision Homes I learned the importance of focusing on and building my future as this company has a proactive workplace environment.

      Inconvénients

      Their policies are a bit strict, though.

      Avantages

      Owner does what he can do to help. Always tries to help. Is hard to talk to when you do have a problem, but he does sit down and will listen.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is good, not great, but the benefits are wonderful.
