Toxic management style. subversive tactics within the office. Work life balance is zero. No care for employee mental well being. You are but a number to be replaced. Constant dollar sign over your head. Every creative aspect to your job will be standardized. So much potential to be a moving force in the sportswear industry - if they don’t change the culture, the company will fail. If you’re a designer (or person) who values yourself, your mental health, and your craft, avoid this place at all costs. This is coming from someone who went all in emotionally and physically when I was sold the idea of what this place says it is supposed to be.
