      where do I begin? underpaid (barely minimum wage), unrealistic/unnecessary quotas, minimal annual pay raises ($1 hr per year). very high turn over and excessive micro-management.

      Not having to talk to anyone

      Inconvénients

      Constant issues with their system/server which effects performance. Instead of fixing the issue, they hold their employees accountable. I would never recommend this company.
