      Avantages

      Some good people, below management.

      Inconvénients

      Company does not know what it wants to be from week to week. Is not as transparent as it wants its employees to be. I was hired to bring support in-house from external, over a year later it went back to outsourcing, killing the dept.

      Avantages

      The customers really appreciated me, my hard work and honesty.

      Inconvénients

      Management is full of bullies that get off on harassing employees. They put on a nice front, but in the span of a year, they had 2 employees die of heart attacks and 1 committed suicide. Until the board grows a spine and gets rid of the scum at the top, employees will suffer.
