(based on performance of course). now they are aiming for 12 month industry standard based on harder KPI and capping. - understandable but with many people leaving, people have to pick up the slack and should be rewarded accordingly. it is becoming a boys group. people who know each other gets promoted, people they don't like gets blocked or even blacklisted. - the culture is becoming toxic - like shown on the last tell dell survey. fighting for commissions - with the constant changes and designations, some groups have to fight for commissions, to be assigned the right accounts or payments. a lot of work, a lot of orders, a lot of missing personnel. - sometimes deploying a PoC takes weeks as there are less people, for SoWs too, Processes, processes, processes WFH only applies to certain business units, but now it is being rolled out everywhere.
