Avantages

Not really any, awful experience. Very few people are nice and there is a lot of bullying. People who work here are caddy and management is awful, loud and immature. Not professional in any way.

Inconvénients

Disorganized, not good people, they lie, cheat, and do shady things. Leadership is extremely immature and brag about going out and spending money at bars, clubs, frat parties, and parting. Not a serious environment to grow a career or take seriously. The people are rude and very caddy not a team environment at all.

Office location, rec sports leagues, unlimited PTO

Inconvénients

In about 2 years with RPM I’ve seen exactly one person receive a promotion… to CEO. Some kind and genuine people, others not so much. You’ll overhear lots of hushed conversations behind peoples backs. Leaders love the sound of their own voice yet barely move the needle. Not much potential for growth. RPM seems to be in the business of letting people go and then bringing in outside talent. Resilience. Reliability. Respect.
