One undeniable advantage is witnessing former RPI team members flourishing in their new roles, illustrating a compelling argument for the benefits of joining the organization. At RPI, you acquire the skills to connect with clients, colleagues, and vendors, creating a valuable network for future endeavors. These skills encompass the ability to communicate with colleagues and friends and family about issues like inadequate compensation at RPI, a lack of work-life balance, and leadership's suppression of meaningful career discussions. Moreover, juggling the demands of over a dozen clients is a unique skill set that RPI provides, as I am confident you will not find that kind of volume on one person’s shoulders at a respected firm.
