      Avantages

      The employee appreciation is amazing at RMS. They are constantly thinking of new ways to show their employees how much they are valued. From providing lunches several times a month, tool giveaways, sporting event giveaways to a limo for Mother's Day. The customer service at RMS is something that most companies dream of having.

      Inconvénients

      Not necessarily a con, but RMS is always trying something new in hopes to better the company. Some changes have worked out and some fell short, but they are not afraid to try and make mistakes long the way. They are consistently trying to be the best at what they do.

      Avantages

      I have never worked at a company that cared so much for their employees. They care from a personal and professional standpoint. Part of our mission statement (we call it True North) states that we will "Sustain a safe, fair and family oriented culture." We always try to add value for our customers, employees, and company every day with every decision we make. I truly enjoy coming to work each day and look forward to new challenges that help me grow and succeed.

      Inconvénients

      The only down side of working here is that we are constantly morphing and changing. I can't really say it is a down side though, since the changes we make are always pointing us in a better direction to make us all (and the company) an even better place to work and thrive.
