      None at all avoid if you can will never be any pros if current owner is involved

      Inconvénients

      Owner changes his mind and direction almost daily. He reacts to his self perceived crisis, rather than create and work a long-term plan. He claims he wants to grow , but there is literally no plan to do so. Micromanagement is a real issue. He gets involved in everything, rather than measure and coach through any concerns he has. Diversity and inclusion do not exist at this company. This is a direct reflection of the owner.

      None. It may be an ok place to start and get your feet wet in a mess of a dealership. So you are ready for a well ran ship.

      Inconvénients

      Management from the top down is failing, from all aspects. No direction, goals or actual management. Organization does not exist. No room for promotion. No lunch break. No dispatcher. No Team effort. Every day is just to survive and hope a quarter goes smoothly. Lowered pay scale without knowing. The list could go on with a very poor place to work. Avoid for your mental health.
