      Enough time for self improvement. No work for home. Friendly Environment for both genders.

      Inconvénients

      Work hours not fixed...most of the times one has to stay late for one or other things

      Avantages

      The RKDF group provides ample opportunity to freshers start their carreer. The group is very big so overall opportunity is more.

      Inconvénients

      the only issue I found was that faculty needs to work on getting admissions and that was the worst as everybody was not able to get admissions
