The people here are very nice and great to work with.
Inconvénients
They will train you to know everything done in the office, but the do not have a professional training department. No posting of material on how to do the position and the training consist of sitting next to somebody but they might not tell you everything. They need to have postings or written somewhere of the policy and procedures that they have. Also the pay is not competitive if you're doing multiple jobs in the office when they need help.

Since we received this review, we added a Compliance Manager to our staff who has created SOPs for most of the positions and a tracking program to make sure everyone is trained.
Good culture and no micromanaging. Startup like environment and good learning opportunities.
Inconvénients
Medical insurance for family is worst because company pays very less of it.
Sick leave is just 3 days is that a joke ?
No 401k match
Managment and leadership has no idea just working to please private equity and ceo. Often making employees rush a project just for fun
