Avantages
I find it very disheartening when I see comments stating this company is only a stepping stone to better paying jobs. I have been here many years, myself and everyone I know receives a yearly evaluation and a raise if appropriate. Not only does the company give generous performance raises, they give monthly performance bonuses. They help pay for our medical insurance, contribute to our 401K and provide us with profit sharing. The company also pays life insurance for each of their employees. Fortunately we have only had one employee pass while on staff. He passed from natural causes and it made the owner feel so good when he could hand the widow $20,000.00, which she was not expecting. This is the kind of company we work for, it is very much like a family and most employees have been here anywhere from 3 to 29 years. I have worked for other investigative firms; however, I have learned more from this company then I had ever learned previously. They take the time to train us in all aspects of investigations, thus we can take pride in producing and providing a great investigation to our clients.
