      RINGSPANN South Africa have an in group of managers that do exactly as they please. There are no consequences for poor work performance, shocking workplace behaviour and incompetence around management. If you can avoid working for this company it would be well advised!!

      Avantages

      Great products, Fellow workers are friendly and helpful. The people in Germany are wonderful.

      Inconvénients

      Top management in the USA is distant, socially inadequate and hates salespeople. Promises are not kept. The office uses 1991 technology.
