      1. Steady work 2. Pay is good but commission could be improved 3. Possible to learn a lot - become jack of all trades running a business

      1. Being on call 24/7 2. Systems are archaic 3. Upper Management hasn't done property management before

      Low pay, micro management, corporate doesn’t care about employees lower than RM.
