      Avantages

      The benefits package may be the only good thing about working for RHP. Good PTO, good healthcare, etc.

      Inconvénients

      Literally, everything else. Upper management is terrible, the corporate structure of the entire company makes no sense and makes it very challenging to get answers on one off items.

      Low pay, micro management, corporate doesn’t care about employees lower than RM.
