Avantages
PTO is okay. I enjoy most of my coworkers, even though most don't enjoy working here.
Inconvénients
The company is disorganized, has a negative culture, and upper management is confused. It's trickle down effect. Senior management don't know what they want, or how to get it so they place unrealistic expectations on everyone. The outcome is a negative atmosphere where most people don't enjoy coming to work at all. Managers don't know how to manage, and those that do are too scared to go against leadership that they'll just let the ship sink.
