Avantages

- everybody is fresh out of college so easy to get along with coworkers the same age - lot of money to be made if you’re a top performer / get on managements good side - any future job will be extremely easy due to the work load / hours you will work at RHM. - actually not a bad 1st job out it school if you can last 1 year here. Looks good on a resume as other companies know how hard it is to work here.

Inconvénients

- absolutely no work / life balance (60+ hours minimum each week) - must stay late or come in early every day. Also expect to work weekends if entire office goals aren’t hit for the week. - unobtainable metrics / EXTREME micromanagement. Must write your individual numbers on a white board in the middle of the office everyday to see how you compare to other recruiters. - commission structure is terrible unless you are top 5% producer in the company - you will be guilt tripped for taking a vacation / using sick days - will make it seem like you / others who leave only did it for not wanting to put in the work. Extremely toxic - dedicated employee's get fired for absolutely no reason. If you get caught applying for other jobs or responding to messages on LinkedIn from other companies interested in you, you’ll be fired. Don’t believe anything management says, they don’t care about anything but themselves.

Avantages

snacks in the kitchen, you get a lot of cold calling experience

Inconvénients

If you're looking for a stable workplace with honest leadership, keep looking. The turnover rate is so high here that new faces appear faster than management can learn their names. Employees are regularly expected to work extra hours and often weekends without corresponding compensation, while promises regarding bonuses, benefits, pay, and promotions seem to change depending on who you're talking to that day. Communication is inconsistent, expectations are unclear, and the overall operation feels like a company-wide game of "figure it out as you go." There are good people here, but unfortunately, they are usually on their way out the door.
