The job is 8am to 5pm, but the hours are very flexible. The Care Manager must meet stated guidelines, Medicaid, and keep up with the members' services. Management is great!

You have to put in a 30 day notice if you want rehire status or your PTO payout if you’re exempt status. Employees in all positions are burnt out and stressed out. If you’re not an hourly employee, expect long hours and weeks. If you’re hourly, expect pressure to work OT. Turnover here seems worse than the company’s competitors. Very little hands-on training. They shove a bunch of online modules in your face and send you out the door to shadow for a couple of days and that’s it.
