You’ll Have the Ability to Seriously Learn and Grow - Avis employé Applications Manager RGI Group

“How soon do I think I’ll be promoted?” Joining RGI as software developper engineer in 2015, I never asked myself this question. My first aim was to discover a new development environment. Few months later, I was well trained and more involved to be able to see where improvements could be made. Day by day I was feeling my self very comfortable with a very full interesting insurance product. Today, I feel lucky to join RGI because in 2 years I was promoted to an application manager and I still working in new challenges with amazing people. Leaving a feedback here, I want to write also that RGI gave me so much confidence and still giving me more energy and so much love because it feels amazing to know you can work with people aboard and also that director/managers or human ressources are good listeners. Now, I do believe that we are more than coworkers in RGI. We are building an international family from many countries (Tunisia, Italy, France, Ireland ..) that I am quite sure it is not easy to achieve. I am more pround to be part of this family that promotes a culture of innovation and collaboration across the business and internal events, and presents a great culture fit. I am always grateful for the knowledge and skills that I have gained and still gaining working in RGI. Thank you RGI.
