There are no cons for me personally, but if you can’t handle honesty and accountability and are looking to cruise, this is not the place for you.

- coworkers are nice and polite. - RFI has big contracts with big brands so I assume the company is making money. - it’s located in a central area in the front range so it’s easy to commute to for everyone.

- employees seem fearful as if someone is watching them at all times. - leadership has been around for so long they forgot what it was like to train new employees and have no patience or resources for them. - The company is very archaic and unorthodox methods of product management, and are heavily dependent on a few senior people to get product out the door.
