      The company provides manufacturing support to various segments like Railways, Metros, High Speed Rail, Energy, Irrigation, Defence, Aerospace, etc. Strong in after sales services also. Work Culture in the company is very good, you get good support from the seniors, many technologies to learn and freedom to innovate and take decisions. The company is growing at a great pace. Customers are happy as the company provides comprehensive solutions.

      Inconvénients

      Major share of business coming from Govt. projects which are vulnerable to delays because of govt. policies and other contractors delays, there have been cash flow challenges sometimes in the past which had resulted in some delays in salaries.
