      Avantages

      I am a care provider for the second half of the week and the research associate position works perfectly to earn more income in my down time at the beginning of the week. The job is super self explanatory and straightforward, but I was still a bit anxious because I am a visual and kinesthetic learner - I have to see it and do it in order to learn it. After my first assignment I already feel like I’m getting the swing of things. Everyone has been incredibly welcoming from the get-go and I love the autonomy of it all!

      Inconvénients

      I’m very new and have not experienced any cons yet.

      Avantages

      Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
