      Avantages

      -You have the freedom to choose how many assignments to tackle. -Simple tasks virtually anyone can complete. -After enough hours you are paid per item, allowing for potentially high pay and low hours depending on skill. -Can complete your work and immediately go on to shopping afterwards, combining trips and saving time.

      Inconvénients

      -Travel can be difficult for someone with a poor car or none at all. -Communication has been scattered, important emails being lost beneath pointless daily automated ones, or worse and going to spam. -Managers have been shuffled around a few times, leaving confusion as to who to seek. -A feeling of isolation as you never meet coworkers and you only have one or two points of contact.

      Avantages

      Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
