      Avantages

      flexable schedule,easy to do,rewards program,good manager,nice people.

      Inconvénients

      piece rate pay scale.the faster you collect the more money you make.no ,the rate goes down but the pay doesn't go up. having to be available 4 days a week due to start and end dates keep you from other work.pay rate shows $20 hr rates but you only make the same amount bc the pc rate goes down.

This affords associates the ability to increase their effective rate per hour as they gain speed and efficiency. We regularly review effective wages of our associates as well as market pay levels across the country so that we can stay competitive.

      Avantages

      Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
