This job has allowed me the flexibility and time to spend with family as I also have a job. They are positive and work with you if anything comes up. We work as a true team. If one person is having issues, someone can jump in and help or support. It truly is a great place to work.

Not sure if it is a con, but sometimes there is driving involved, you do get compensated though.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are happy to hear you have a positive experience with flexible schedule and support from your team. Most field roles do indeed require driving, but there is pay based on drive time and mileage. Please reach out to our HR team with any more feedback you would like to share
Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.

Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
