      - Does not compulsory requid degree

      Inconvénients

      - very late payment Worker 2 month late , Staff 5 month late -Does not hire and make a person do multiple role -very low pay compare to peer in the area - fooding at labour camp is garbage - force worker to take mess manager role if no one takes then disband the mess
