Avantages
Management, along with everyone else, are mostly good people that are just trying to get everything done, while usually being shorthanded. Home every night. Mostly independent, no one really breathing down your back, just very laid back as long as you're pulling your weight, which I loved. Just had to get your work done and go home. Lots of overtime.
Inconvénients
Company's systems for operation feels extremely dated, like it would of been done in the 90s, or even 80s, in some cases. Change for the better is near impossible because things have been done a certain way for so long. The routing and overall process is not very streamlined or efficient, most of the time. Management is constantly under pressure to get things done which leads to the hardest working people being rode much harder than the weaker employees but benefitting in no way at all. Pay is on the low side for the work being done and commitment required. Lots of overtime.
