Some of the best reasons to work at RDI is you get to experience a lot of people all around the US

Inconvénients

You may get a lot of irate customers which isn't bad just know how to rebuttal them

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Inconvénients

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Avantages

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Inconvénients

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
