Avantages
I was able to work from home. They finally put up no smoking signs, when I quit.
Inconvénients
Office culture is totally divided between departments to the point where people didn't know me and my team worked there. We were not included in decisions being made in the company. You have to be someone's friend, relative or girlfriend to get a job. My hours of overtime and travel were not on my paycheck, they were forgotten then put on a gift card. The I.T. department was a joke. It look a month for me to get my computer. Management talks down to and about you, "We hire anyone who can sit for 8 hours and answer a phone", "these are low level employees, very entry level." Management is Management, there are no leaders. You 'can't complain' unless you have a solution as well. I wouldn't be shocked if they company was purchased by someone who knew how to run a business.
