      Avantages

      Great staff, professional management, awesome benifits and vacation package. They treat you to a nice holiday luncheon around the holidays, sometimes a fun company wide evening outing, and if your department does well, you may get treated to lunch or dinner with upper management. Great training there, definitely prepares you for all kinds of challenges. The management not only cares for the business to be successful, they take the time to get to know the employees and make every attempt to make it a great workplace. At times, work can get stressful, with deadlines whatnot and athough sometimes the intention may be misunderstood, they do their part in making you the best you can be if your willing to have a professional attitude and work hard. Overall, a GREAT company to work for!

      Inconvénients

      No 401K, when I was there, but this may have changed.

      Thank you for this review! We are glad you had a positive experience while working with us. We do have a great team at RCTS – very interactive staff and management that is professional and engaging. Staff appreciation is something we try to express through the benefits and company culture that we offer. By the way, we do now offer a 401K plan for employees who want to participate. Company lunches and outings are fun, and we maintain our sense of team by participating. We are glad that you had a good training experience for your position; we have been implementing updates to all departments and have added soft skills training as well, to help develop all of our employees. Yes, we do care for the company AND OUR EMPLOYEES to be successful! If we hire you, it is because we see your potential and hope that you grow into great things in this company. That takes work – on our part, and yours – and we have busy periods. But that work develops our skill sets and it helps prepare us for increased responsibilities, pay, and opportunities. We hope you are doing well and thank you for posting your good memories with us!

      Avantages

      I worked at RCTS for two years and I can honestly say that I enjoyed my experience and this opportunity led me to acquire my dream job in research. Management was very understanding and willing to work with me while I was taking some classes. The work environment is pretty laid back and the job itself is not stressful or overwhelming. The owner is the best! He is always super encouraging, friendly, and always willing to listen to his employees. He makes sure his employees are happy and really seems to want the best for everyone, which is rare to find in some work settings. Also, they were in the process of changing a few things, like salary and creating new positions, durimg my last month so i would disregard the negative reviews being left on here by previous employees.

      Inconvénients

      Some might say the pay is a con, but for an entry level position, I think it’s reasonable. There were some issues that were a bit frustrating when it came to other employees, like some people not getting up as often to attend the participants but at any job you'll have similar issues. Overall, its a great job that will give you many opportunities career wise.

Varied scheduling is the “nature of the beast” when it comes to clinical trials, but it also offers the benefit of some flexibility to our employees that we are happy to offer when we can.
