      Easy job, easy to get hired.

      Inconvénients

      No benefits, scheduling was rarely consistent. Management seemed mad at me because the nature of the shuttle job is was wait and have downtime. I asked the management if there was anything I could be doing during my downtime and they said no. I made a few minor mistakes like once I was late 10min because my bike had a problem and a couple of times I left my keycard in the building. The company made it seem like it wasn't a huge problem for them and I apologized for my mistakes and then out of the blue, they let me go. No warnings no notice, just one day they told me today is your last day. Be careful accepting a job from RBM Building Services.

      Working alone. No other Pros

      I was laid off in July and couldn’t find anything that worked for my schedule but this horrible job. Thank god it’s just a temp I don’t see how anyone can make it long term. They hire you on as part time then offer another “part time” job to go back to back, yet no lunch? No benefits? Is that legal?? If you speak up or ask questions you’re gone. Starting pay is a joke and get this, THEY DON’T GIVE RAISES!! Verified through multiple employees. Who runs this company? A bunch of money hungry selfish jerks? As an experienced cleaner I was shocked at how much deep cleaning needed to be completed. These companies are just getting the basic clean. This company is so cheap that their employees don’t have time to really get a good, deep clean done. Plus why would they at 14/hr? Can’t wait to quit!!!
