      Avantages

      Good vacation time. Flexible with scheduling.

      Inconvénients

      Mangers have no management experience. Everyone went to school together and promote based on friendship rather than qualifications. Pay is VERY low in the industry, we are talking less than half.

      -Great benefits -Friendly customers -Generally good co-workers

      -Poor management -Lots of 'failing upwards' situations -no training -Ridiculous amount of gossip
