      Nice people who generally have your back

      Inconvénients

      Little room for growth, clients generally have snr management over a barrel, experience at snr level quite poor, wrong people being hired for roles, high churn, often quite stressful.

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
